Stephen is a Vice President of Client Delivery and has been with PeopleScout since 2013. With over 19 years’ experience in recruitment, Stephen’s ability to navigate the complexities of talent acquisition and his passion for delivering results have made him a trusted partner to clients across a multitude of industries. In his role, Stephen leverages his diverse background, military discipline and financial acumen to provide clients with unparalleled workforce solutions. He is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth, and providing market insights to clients and business leaders. Before his career in the private sector, Stephen served with distinction in the United States Air Force, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership and teamwork. As an Air Force veteran, he honed his ability to navigate complex challenges and lead teams to success. Stephen is a graduate of the USAF Airman Leadership School, a program designed to identify and cultivate future leaders within the military. He also has a passion for understanding the intricacies of financial systems and market dynamics, which led him to complete coursework in the Fundamentals of Quantitative modeling at the renowned Wharton School of Business. Stephen serves on the Board of a next-generation medical technology company. He resides in Oconomowoc, a suburb of Milwaukee, WI.
