Kate leads Talent Advisory and Early Careers solutions for the APAC region alongside our industry-leading team of multi-disciplinary experts. She is a collaborative and strategic partner, harnessing data-driven insights to craft impactful solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives and generate lasting value. Her expertise spans early careers strategy, employer branding and EVP, assessment design, and diversity and inclusion.
With 14 years of experience in Early Careers recruitment, Kate possesses a profound understanding of this market across various industries in both Australia and the UK. She has a track record of successfully creating engaging solutions and managing high-profile campaigns for prominent employers, through the entire graduate lifecycle—attraction, candidate management, assessment and selection—as well as offer and onboarding processes. Kate’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident in her approach, utilizing the Early Careers space as an “innovation playground”, enabling clients to experiment with new approaches that can be adapted and integrated into their broader talent strategies. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydney University and is based in PeopleScout’s Sydney headquarters.
