Dominik Flisnik
Country Manager, Poland RPO Delivery Center
Dominik joined PeopleScout in 2022 to lead and grow our operations in Poland. As a lead for a site that provides services across RPO, Talent Advisory, technology and corporate support, Dominik’s primary responsibilities include delivering excellence to clients, growing the capabilities of his diverse, multi-lingual team and building scalable, agile and data-driven solutions.
Prior to joining PeopleScout, Dominik was Talent Acquisition Vice President for the financial institution Brown Brothers Harriman, where he held responsibility for U.S. and Poland hiring. Dominik has over 15 years of experience in recruiting, having managed both in-house and RPO teams across various sectors and geographies. Dominik holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
