Tamara Brown has been with PeopleScout since 2016, beginning her tenure as an HR Business Partner. Today, she oversees the HR Business Partner function for PeopleScout as well as TrueBlue and PeopleManagement—PeopleScout’s parent company and sister brand. Tamara collaborates closely with leaders across the business to align their team structure, talent practices and capabilities to deliver on TrueBlue’s broader people strategy. Tamara is a trusted business partner who has the knowledge, skills and resources to deliver accurate and timely solutions. Her reputation extends beyond her professional capabilities, as she is known by her colleagues for her good humor and can-do attitude—both of which help foster positive working relationships and a synergistic working environment. Tamara is a seasoned HR professional, with over two decades in the field, and specializes in human capital strategy, employee relations and performance management. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Tamara held multiple HR management roles at Chamberlain Group. Tamara received a graduate degree in HR from Loyola University and lives in Chicago.
