Andrea Brogger, SVP of HR and Interim CHRO at TrueBlue, is responsible for the overall HR strategy across the organization including employee and leadership development, diversity and inclusion, engagement and much more. Andrea has more than 18 years of human resources experience and has changed the function, culture and impact of HR across PeopleScout to support its business goals and strategies, as well as the needs and aspirations of its thousands of employees around the globe.
Andrea is passionate about talent management, engagement and development programs that ensure that we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time. She has successfully developed and rolled out programs including Global Mentorship, Next Level Leadership, Coaching to Grow and Engagement & Recognition. Andrea has been with the TrueBlue organization since 2011. Prior to her current role, she held the role of Director, Compensation and Benefits and she has been a key member of the company’s acquisition team. Prior to joining TrueBlue, Andrea most recently worked for Microsoft and Russell Investments. Andrea holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and an executive master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
